Bullying was well-known to be happening, but HR and senior management didn't seem to want to deal with it - or even admit it was happening. No support given to victims. This led to massive staff churn in certain roles, which is a huge waste of money and resources in a charity that relies on donations from members of the public. Working here was hugely disillusioning in a charity that prides itself on its courage to stand up for human rights.
