No Work Life Balance No Comp Off Strict Time Management (10am-7pm) then work from home till 2..3am . You will get work from home on Saturday , Sunday and public holiday. One Man is running / ruining the show. (THE CEO) Come office half hour late and get half day leave in free or loss of pay will be applied. No funding , So value of ESOPs. Fake ESOPs promise. Many senior persons are leaving or fired every month.

High-Pressure & Uncomfortable Work Environment – Frequent conflicts, intense meetings, and lack of constructive communication can make the environment stressful, especially for freshers. 4. Unrealistic Expectations from Freshers – New joiners are sometimes expected to perform at a senior level within a very short time frame, without proper guidance or onboarding. 5. Internal Bias & Lack of Transparency – There appears to be favoritism in certain situations, which can impact decision-making and employee outcomes. 6. Monitoring Over Enablement – Focus tends to be more on tracking employees rather than enabling productivity or improving processes.
