I’ve been with the company since (before) its inception and it’s been an great ride! Over the years, I’ve been promoted three times, which speaks to the opportunities for growth and development here. Amount is a company that encourages innovation, and I’ve had the freedom to pitch new ideas and take them from concept to execution. If you identify a need or opportunity and raise your hand, you're often given the green light to run with it, which is an exciting and empowering aspect of the job--it's one of the reasons I stay! The other (main) reason is the people. I truly enjoy working with my brilliant teammates. I've learned, and continue to learn, so much from them.

Honestly, there are very few cons. If I had to mention one, it would be that as the company continues to grow, there are occasional challenges related to scaling. However, these challenges are minor and are being addressed proactively by the leadership team.
