Good opportunity for freshers, good clients

Worst management. They don't care their employees. When I was working here before, these people wanted us to work 3-4 extra hours daily and on holidays. They were not paying anything for this extra work. There was extremely high harassment. Thank god that team "X" doesn't exist anymore. Worst increment: While salary discussion, you face one stupid man who doesn't know anything about this US staffing. He doesn't understand the difference between sales and staffing. He asks you to accept increment as 5%, 6%, 7%. Hahaha!!! These people literally beg the salaries to their employees. Management is trying to deduct expenses too much. They have stopped giving breakfast (employees get 5-6 biscuits in a day), a single small party in a year. Then forget about bonus. Few days ago, muslim guys got holiday on eid, but not other guys. There is discrimination as well. There are many reasons not to work here. If you want a good environment, good people, good career and good money, don't waste your time here.

The company is really proactive in coordinating with the end-client and keeping me looped in. They have a strong reputation in the DC area. They also offer a handful of insurance add-ons for catastrophic events for hospital indemnity and hospital stays separate from their health insurance offering.

Svantaggi

Health Insurance options need improvement. Also, as a contractor I'd gladly forfeit health insurance for PTO coverage.
