I have had the opportunity to meet so many people from all over Kentucky that attended the events where I worked. The work is all first aid only. The employees that sourced medics for these events are all so easy to work with and show very clear communication.

Having to provide your own jump bag is tough when you aren't financially stable, but being able to use any supplies as tax write-offs is a plus (if I can figure out how to claim it)

Great opportunity to learn a niche field of employment.

Lengthy onboarding process. Frequently asked to work outside initial employment agreement. Alot of travel hours on your dime. What they dont tell you is that its a third party contract which can be revoked or the project completed at any time leaving you with few options that are less desirable. Crappy pay and non-existant bennies
