Most of the people at amp are super smart, fun, and hardworking. The ceo is the heart+soul of that company. I'd work for him any day. Great guy. He keeps the employees going over there.

- I finally left cause they aren't focused on growth of employees. They hire too many 6-figure guys and forget about the ones who are doing all the work. - They didn't give any promotions while i was there for several years. s - By the time I put in my two weeks with a few other people who had been there quite a while the culture of the place had gone downhill. - people there were all pretty bummed about it, there was no reward or company parties like there used to be. Nowadays people work so much at startups that they deserve fun and company activities OUTSIDE of the office - Raises? Low pay there and no raises
