No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.

Pay for parking, and coworkers are great
