Consistent schedule with ability to get more hours. Paid for both teaching and lesson planning. Lesson plans were provided and could be adapted. It was fun to work with the same students each semester.

Friendly coworkers and management. I never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone with questions that I had. Everyone on the team communicated well and problems were fixed pretty quickly because of it. Good pay and benefits for contractors.

Since most of the team was contract, there were a lot of growing pains and confusion/frustration in the beginning since almost everyone was new. There was also a lack of clarity on how long our contracts were going on for- we'd usually just have meetings and find out that we still had work for the next month or so.
