Don't come if you want to do any thing else other than work. Contracter employees are treated like machines . They ll dump all your work on you. Leadership and poor management makes it even worse to get your task completed on team, absolute unprofessional behavior. These people don't know how to provide Good KT sessions before assigning the task and will impose un realistic guidelines, have poor planning skills, majority of the team would get wasted in attending sprint meetings with no clear directions... Don't join if you don't want to disturb your mental health Peace out.......
