They are constantly offering bonuses that arent just going to the same #1 agent, doing small competitions for cash bonuses that keep morale up and adjusting the bonus structure in the employees favor when they realize things are out of agent control, plus having a base pay that keeps us on track in slow months. The company is teaching agents and their customers the actual product knowledge they need to make informed decisions.

No retirement options, base pay is ok (like 40k) but the commission structure isnt great, but for seasoned employees theres room to increase it, so its not bad, but benefits make up for it, and the company is newer to the industry so you have to prove yourself a little more with some clients and theres some glitches with the technology aspect and its constantly a learning curve.
