The management is abysmal. They have unrealistic goals they expect agents to meet while talking about how agents need to step it up since the owner is always going hat in hand for funding. As well as agents have more knowledge about the product than the management in the company. None of them are leaders willing to help as they are just a good 'ol boys club. The pay is horrendously low but they get you with false sense that you can make it better though the comp plan is highly restrictive and good pay is almost unattainable. They have huge hiring and firing spurts thinking it will make the company profitable/more profitable when the issue is and has been the sales management from the top of the department on down to the leads.
