Most of these are industry cons are present in all marketing agencies: 1. Depending on your team, peak seasons can have long hours (10+) 2. Some clients are easier to work with than others. That said, senior leadership is usually good about fixing these issues if they come up. 3. This is a small and agile business. Changes in team structure / partnership deals can leave you picking up the slack of someone else. While this can be a good learning experience, other times it can be overwhelming.
