Policies and Breaks
We do have certain policies in place to ensure safety, compliance, and consistent customer service. However, employees are entitled to breaks, and no one should feel they cannot step away for lunch. If that occurred, it’s something we take seriously and address with leadership.
Coworker Relationships
We do not have a policy that prohibits being friends with coworkers. What we ask is that employees maintain professionalism and avoid any conflicts of interest. If this was communicated differently at your location, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this with our teams.
Location Changes and Scheduling
Occasionally, shifting between locations may be necessary to support business needs, and we understand it can be challenging. We’re continually evaluating ways to create more stability and balance in scheduling.
Impact of Management
You’re absolutely right that leadership plays a major role in an employee’s experience. We invest heavily in leadership training, and feedback like yours helps us identify where further coaching or support may be needed.
