You are expected to work hard, and deliver performance for clients which challenges you to not only become good at what you do, but grow your communication skills which is a key skill set at the company. Free snacks, company outings, great people, fun office.

      If you are a good fit and you are passionate about digital, then not sure that you will encounter any cons... I haven't.

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.
