The culture has greatly diminished over the last 4 years. The science capabilities are taking a step back as they try to emerge from Chapter 11. Management and every aspect of the business besides R and D have never succeeded - there is no reason to think that the future will be much different given that the people at the top, who got Amyris into bankruptcy, are mostly still at the helm. The HR department is likely one of the worst out there.
