Union spouse and children welcome before others esp if union negotiator. Very bad morale. Job casualised and full time staff being bullied out of company in favour of part time casual. Managers in mail centres and GPO paid for nothing. If asked to write account of their duties most wouldn't get past first paragraph.management protects management bullying is endemic. In mail centre sexual harassment is tolerated by management indeed some of the worse culprits are managers.a sad company ,
