      Many talented engineers make a lot of great products. Good work life balance. Salary may be better than many non tech companies.

      Multiple rounds of reorganization created too many middle managers and thus made it harder to increase wages for regular engineers. It also makes it harder for people to concentrate to their work when you have to change manger every year.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
