      Stop off shoring everything. What is the future of this company? 5-year plan is 15 years old. Communication can be better. Need to increase salaries. Better work life balance is needed. Lifers have sense of entitement.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
