Be repeatedly humiliated, micro managed, spoken down to ; so much so that you lose your confidence and it starts effecting your family life and sleep. No possibility of promotion and constant fear based approach by your director that you will lose your job. Management is primarily based in the US and quite a lot have their ex presidents 'your fired' attitude. If you have a choice - you need not apply. Im only waiting and planning my exit plan! Salary and increments are very poor unless you start at director level - the top keep the cream for themselves.
