      Rockstar engineers, some of the smartest people you'll ever come across. The design engineers I collaborated with want you to succeed and work very diligently and meticulously. Decent work-life balance, good cafeteria (HQ), great building and lab resources.

      Middle management constantly trying to throw you off course to attend to matters that ultimately don't matter. Sales and management do not care about quality - want you to deliver data to customers when the product isn't fully vetted or ready. Poor alignment between Legacy MAXIM and Legacy ADI/LT folks.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
