Good schedule and low level leadership. The work itself is enjoyable and coworkers are great. If you work hard and your manager believes in you moving up is easy. If you're good at what you do and full time you have solid job security.

Svantaggi

Management more senior than direct production/service supervisors are absolutely useless. The VPs and Managers of departments are so far beyond clueless they barely know the names of supervisors below them. The C level executives live in their own delusional bubble. They will lay off temp employees when the company isn't getting contracts then ramp up production and hiring once they get them again so unless youre full time, job security is not very solid. The pay doesn't reflect market value nor does it adjust for inflation for pretty much any position but especially boots on the ground production and service employees.
