Company uses a proprietary (and niche) software so the technical skills are not transferable to future jobs Pay is barely competitive Not a lot of emphasis on growing skills/employee growth Work is highly repetitive, not a lot of opportunity for new ideas. Management is always shouting about how well the company is doing ("record breaking" quarter/year/etc.), but that doesn't translates to bonus/pay increases A bit of a grind in so far as work/life balance and getting a $50 gift card to buy ourselves dinner as a 'thank you' after working long hours for months on end is a bit of an insult
