Highly skilled people are always undermined. *Unnecessary artificial work pressure is mounted on employees. This is mainly because of the lack of skilled Top/ middle level managers and poor Microsoft Excel based inefficient reporting structures. *Management is closely observing employees and controlling aspects of their work & decision-making to an extreme degree. *Care very less about employee satisfaction.
