Chemists have extreme flexibility in schedule, their motto is “Doing it right, on time, every time”. If you do that that’s all that matters. The culture is amazing and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Workload can vary at different times of the year, making everyone pretty busy at times.

The afternoon shifts were compatible with my class schedules and it paid more than Target did at the time.
