Great culture that provides a strong foundation for the company as we continue to grow and grow FAST. We are still in hyper growth mode and change is constant, but it is because there is so much opportunity ahead of us and we have to keep the momentum going to seize it. It's an exciting time and if you work hard, perform well, then it is a great place to be. This is the best group of colleagues and leadership I have ever worked with in my long career. Everyone is collaborative, kind, passionate about their work, open, transparent, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The leadership, especially our CEO, have a strong vision that I trust will lead us to continued success. But what I love most about our leaders is their transparency, accessibility and how much they value the employees and our feedback (many of the leaders have frequent AMAs).
