Really enjoy working at Anark, especially the people I get to work with. A lot of us work hybrid or fully remote, but we still manage to get together frequently enough to feel like a team. As a marketer, I enjoy the technology, and talking to prospects, customers, analysts and partners about what we do, and how we help manufacturers be better at what they do.

The only downside I have is not about the company, but about the post-COVID era. I wish we all had more time in the office together. When we're all in the office, we have a ping pong table and other perks. I just wish we were all in the office together more.

- Management shifted and it got a little more into micro management style - Originally started full remote then mandate back to office 2x a week - Lots of archaic hard to navigate code bases
