If you want to sale cars this is the wrong place for you as even though they class it as a dealership it is more a retail shop, sales executives and senior members from the other branches don’t look at this shop as a dealership and it’s quite clear from the way we’re treated here for example not being updated about cars that have been brought in, handover cars not being cleaned or forgetting to have the sat nav installed. In the interview they lie about the salary saying you can make up to 30k or more a year that is an absolute lie as the footfall and type of customers you get from this “dealership” doesn’t allow you to earn nowhere near that amount. To be totally honest working in this dealership at bluewater you spend most days doing absolute nothing and starring into thin air but management from who aren’t here day to day seem to think you should be selling 10+ cars.
