The company does not care about results in general, it is enough if you can do the right friends. As rotation is huge you end up knowing a lot of colleagues, some of them are really good ones (specially these tend to last just a few weeks).

Everything: - It's a completely vertical company, top management is extremely old school and they don't care about developers. - Due to the rotation products are a complete mess and this translates into lots of quality issues. - Absolute lack of goals or roadmap. Priorities constantly changing.

Collegues work good, always try to be possitive despite the uppers levels managers don't like that.

Strongly piramidal organization. The main boss smoke in the public office. They do not like that people laugh and if you do they call your atention. Technology is old and don't care about code quality, if it work it's good.
