Communication is poor at best, non existent at worst. Emails and voicemails often remain unanswered. Problems with equipment can take a long time to resolve. No manuals to refer for known issues. Known issues with software and equipment are not shared with all. due to lack of communication, you need to be extremely resourceful in solving problems. Pay is handled by a company that does not care that you have no money to pay bills when pay is late. Incapable of dealing with problems efficiently. Little job security. Projects are not arranged far enough in advance to ensure regular work.
