Really rewarding job, lots of nice colleagues and residents, flexible hours (could work early/late/nights), opportunity to gain qualifications and progress, lots of overtime

Svantaggi

Everywhere is always understaffed leading to stressful, difficult shifts where you struggle to get everything done on time, and feel like the quality time spent with residents isn’t good enough. Have to pick up a lot of extra shifts at weekends
