The Ancilla team is amazingly friendly and helpful to one another in the office. People really work together rather than in silos to come up with creative solutions. Upper management have open door policies and are very receptive to new ideas, criticism, and praise. Management is excited to hear fresh new ideas and honestly take the time to determine whether those ideas can fit into the current or future strategic plans. They also let you vent when you are having a bad day without taking it personally.

Ancilla employees travel between two time zones which means some meetings start VERY early and reaching people at the end of the day is difficult. Also, it is difficult to get clear answers about how the organization is linked to other organizations that are in regular meetings. Information comes out with time but you do not always get the answer you are looking for when you believe you are asking a straightforward question that should have a straightforward answer. I also think their annual reports, newsletter, marketing materials, and website need a team of people to make them look cohesive and enticing. It seems they are stretching staff too thin and mistakes are made as a result.
