      A very good company to start in IT, the training program is informative, and there will be a lot of experience. Fairly simple and intuitive management, a standard system of promotions and rewards. There are many different projects with different stacks. Horizontal and vertical development is also possible in the company.

      Rapid growth sometimes outpaces internal processes. Team stability and experience levels can vary. The company prioritizes business goals, which may limit focus on long-term technical growth and engineering maturity.
