      - Capacity for all technical growth for company goals (out of 100% load on project) requires overtime to rich all goal for business. - Kind of risky to lose position on the project. - Career opportunities / technical grown path of employee may be stricted to follow company business goals

We understand your frustration regarding the aspects you mentioned as cons, but unfortunately, these are just the realities of the current IT outsourcing market.
