The office is modern and centrally located, with a friendly, supportive team. Frequent events (at least in the Polish offices) add to a positive work environment.

      Career and salary progression relies heavily on involvement in extra activities beyond core responsibilities — such as interviewing interns or leading lab projects. These are required from a certain grade level, yet go unpaid for the first six months. Even after that, compensation is folded into the annual bonus, not reflected in monthly salary. This structure leads to unavoidable overwork.
