- Timely payment (UoP, B2B => 50/50) - Medium office - Free courses (But you can find most of them online)

Svantaggi

- The company is led by managers, and technical specialists are just expendable - The projects are of very questionable quality - Colleagues are mostly trainees or junior (all worthy specialists have left or been fired - Andersen Lab is not interested in the growth of its employees (The higher the level, the higher the salary, but this is not the way of Andersen Lab) - At the request of the HR department, all Andersen Lab employees must write reviews on Glassdoor

Yes, that’s true: assessments and salary reviews are currently separate processes. I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
