Stuff like projects, bonuses, healthcare insurance and so one are the same here as in other similar software development companies, but what I really appreciate about Andersden and think of as their most important advantage is that they do everything they can to care about employees, allow them to avoid or recover from burnout and support during crisi or any difficult situation. I’ve been observing this since 2020 when there was COVID and many companies made their employees redundant, the same happens now when Andersen supports Ukrainian employees and help people from other countries where the company present relocate for a better life. Also, I don’t remember the exact year, but the company helped employees’s family members who lost their jobs as a result of political intrigues.
