They literally don't know what they are doing. The directors all sit in a room every Thursday thinking of ideas to make you work longer legally. They have no clue about how to work with their clients. They offer ridiculously low salaries and contradict themselves. At one stage a Consultant was earning more of a basic salary than a Senior Consultant which amazes me! They are desperate and would hire anyone. You could even say you don't want to do recruitment in your interview and they will hire you. Also very good at sponsoring - if you're trying to get into a country - this is your ticket in. CEO is the biggest con artist in the industry.
