Terrible communication between management and entry workers. No one really offers you any help when you are getting started. The VP is Egocentric and loves talking about all the things he can afford, He offers his opinion about your life without knowing you. You also likely didn't ask for his opinion. There is a lot of arguing between member of the staff. There is also very little diversity. They have plenty of men and women and it's almost all white. One of the employees has no problem walking around saying the N-word, quite emphatically too.
