They will treat you and make you work like slaves everyday. The work pressure only increases and you can't leave without finishing the day's work so be ready to work overtime for 2 hrs everyday for free and if you are working overnight, it is for free as well. They are always implementing new policies that favor themselves and trying to find new ways to cut salaries. On top of that you will get your toxic "BOSS LADY" who will do whatever she wants because 'she can' and always insults people and treats them as slaves. Also there is a CHAATU client servicing who thinks she is the second boss of the company for some reason and her attitude will make you more angry. 8 people left (2 absconded) in a span of 3 months in 2024 and more to go. Don't join even if you do something else and if you still decide to join this company then good luck ruining your life.
