This company is not good for you. Your team and service owner only trust in your actions not words. Mgmt of Austria and US take care and have regular meetings with India GIT.they more focus on GIT in India. Sunil Verma is head of Global IT and he is running the business of GIT very smoothly. He shows his trust in India employees and try to find a Gap between your work and alignment with service owner. Everyone is here technical even service owner so if you think you can manage the operation and not technical stuff, this company is not suitable for you.
