Pay is less than many other pharmacy technician jobs, recently changed their holiday policy at the last minute to include 3 holidays we previously had off, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to certain protocol/policies (could ask 3 separate people how to do something and you’ll get completely different responses), seem to add on responsibilities to your role that were not the expectation when hired
