Strongly advise avoiding this company if you value growth or are looking for a stable, long-term working environment because it offers NEITHER. Staff turnover is extremely high, and it's not hard to see why - the culture is driven by fear and tyranny from the CEO, who frequently reminds staff of how replaceable they are and personal remarks about employees are not uncommon and are to be expected. Tasks are made unnecessarily stressful due to outdated approaches and constant interference, rather than clear direction or trust in employees. The CEO is stuck in the past and turns straightforward work into something unnecessarily problematic and difficult. Micromanagement from a select few of consultants is a persistent issue, leaving little room for autonomy or professional growth. There is a serious lack of structure, which leads to ongoing confusion and inefficiency. When this inevitably causes issues, it backfires on Ops who are then unfairly blamed and held accountable for the wider organisational failings of the company. Most concerning is the blame culture. When things go wrong, responsibility is pushed downwards onto newer / junior staff, rather than addressed constructively at a higher level. Overall, this is NOT an environment that fosters stability, respect, or long-term development. It is a highly controlled, unsupportive company.
