Ci sono grandi vantaggi, devi solo essere sicuro di usarli! Sono relativamente flessibili con WFH, tuttavia, il ritorno in ufficio è stato disordinato, inclusa un'e-mail inviata al tuo supervisore se hai perso una giornata "in ufficio". L'ufficio di Denver è bello con birra alla spina, snack, un tavolo da biliardo e flipper. Il team contabile è divertente.

Svantaggi

L'ufficio è grande e relativamente vuoto, rendendo l'ambiente molto silenzioso con la possibilità di ascoltare TUTTO. Le sale conferenze sono belle ma Zoom è ancora molto utilizzato a causa dell'assunzione di così tanti lavoratori remoti durante la pandemia. Il PTO illimitato è fantastico, ma i supervisori spesso ti interrogano o ti fanno sentire male per aver preso una pausa, questo dipende totalmente dal manager al manager. C'è sicuramente una mancanza di leadership, quindi anche se riesci a trovare supporto dal tuo manager, il tuo manager potrebbe non trovare supporto dal suo manager. Molti processi sembrano goffi e, a causa della mancanza di supporto da parte della leadership, è difficile aggiornare i processi. Oppure, se i processi vengono aggiornati, probabilmente non vedrai alcun apprezzamento. Aspettatevi TARDI notti o non credete al loro "equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata" in quanto non esiste nel reparto contabilità.

As we acclimate to a hybrid work model we are continually working on making the in office experience as harmonious as possible for both our remote and in-office team members. This is why we have policies in place that address hybrid best practices as well as office and conference room etiquette. We understand the importance of strong leadership and we are committed to providing all of our managers the resources they need to lead their teams effectively. We routinely offer management training programs to support this. While we strive for an ideal work-life balance across the company, in certain departments such as accounting, we acknowledge it is more difficult given the uneven workload. We attempt to make-up for it by encouraging employees to take time off during slower times. The culture is generally positive, and leadership is accessible. Management is willing to meet with employees and listen to concerns. There are talented people throughout the organization, and the work can be rewarding if you enjoy sales and helping businesses grow.

The biggest challenge is the compensation structure. The company promotes uncapped commissions, but many employees feel earnings are effectively controlled through continually increasing quotas and changing performance targets. Revenue and nominal goals are adjusted so frequently that it can feel like the finish line is always moving. What's particularly frustrating is that the majority of the sales team often struggles to reach 100% of quota, yet goals continue to rise. This creates the perception that compensation expense is being managed through quota increases rather than by allowing top performers to fully benefit from the revenue they generate. Over time, this can discourage high achievers. Employees who consistently perform well are often expected to deliver significantly more results each year just to maintain the same level of compensation. When exceptional performance is met with ever-increasing targets instead of proportionally increasing rewards, motivation suffers.
