Angi è un'azienda piena di empowerment e risorse per il miglioramento del proprio personale di vendita. Un ambiente incredibilmente di supporto e mi sono piaciuti tutti quelli con cui ho lavorato. L'azienda ha una grande cultura e la leadership dà grande potere in modo genuino ed è sempre disponibile come risorsa. Consiglierei questa azienda a qualcuno che ha dimostrato successo nelle vendite e sta cercando un'azienda di carriera.

Svantaggi

È un prodotto molto difficile da vendere. Stai vendendo a operai che non vogliono parlare al telefono, figuriamoci a un operatore di telemarketing. Il nome Angi è stato trascinato nel fango negli ultimi anni con l'ordinanza della FCC: l'ordinanza è stata risolta ma questo non significa nulla per le persone che ne hanno sentito parlare. Per i motivi sopra menzionati, dovresti essere un venditore esperto che entra in questo ruolo, che non è qualcosa che pubblicizzano esplicitamente nelle offerte di lavoro. Oltre a tutto ciò, si tratta di un prodotto affermato, il che significa che più recensioni negative ci sono, più persone ne sentono gli aspetti negativi. Angi ottiene contatti da terze parti, il che porta alla vendita di molti contatti poco promettenti (ovvero fasulli) a prezzi premium. Metterai regolarmente in campo una litania di esperienze e prospettive aneddotiche, di persone volitive. Inoltre, la struttura del pagamento delle commissioni incentiva l'occupazione a lungo termine e il successo immediato presso l'azienda. Non necessariamente una cosa negativa in alcun modo, ma qualcosa da considerare. **Se non vendi, farai un lavoro molto faticoso per pochissimi soldi.**

We realize that sales can be challenging, but we don’t believe that you must be an experienced salesperson to be successful. We have people from all different backgrounds who have had long, successful careers at Angi. Of course, having sales experience never hurts! Regarding our commission structure, we do recognize and reward those who meet certain sales thresholds which happens overtime. The culture is generally positive, and leadership is accessible. Management is willing to meet with employees and listen to concerns. There are talented people throughout the organization, and the work can be rewarding if you enjoy sales and helping businesses grow.

The biggest challenge is the compensation structure. The company promotes uncapped commissions, but many employees feel earnings are effectively controlled through continually increasing quotas and changing performance targets. Revenue and nominal goals are adjusted so frequently that it can feel like the finish line is always moving. What's particularly frustrating is that the majority of the sales team often struggles to reach 100% of quota, yet goals continue to rise. This creates the perception that compensation expense is being managed through quota increases rather than by allowing top performers to fully benefit from the revenue they generate. Over time, this can discourage high achievers. Employees who consistently perform well are often expected to deliver significantly more results each year just to maintain the same level of compensation. When exceptional performance is met with ever-increasing targets instead of proportionally increasing rewards, motivation suffers.
