- Pay is terrible - Upskilling does not exist, they do not train unless hand is forced - Sexist environment - There is a team-leader that has shown signs of real racism - Real incentive team-leaders to get their own stats up at the cost of training staff - Forced and unhealthy team "culture" - Management has shown numerous times that they want the operations team to take the fall for their incompetence - If you're asking too many questions and providing some solutions to problems, they see you as a threat - Incredibly cutthroat, but no real reason for it - Have to watch your back constantly, people are not there to help you, you are 1-2 steps away from HR showing you the door for misunderstandings - 6 Month probation period, you do not get trained in the first 3 months

- growth opportunities for capable people - contribute to something special - encouraged to find solutions to deliver on goals, business is agile enough to deliver - have some fun along the way - great offices on the East coast - engaged and capable executive team - good people in senior leadership that genuinely care

- fast paced so not for the faint of heart - discretionary effort required - if you are used to banking roles where you can hide and not deliver go pretend to work somewhere else
