Positive experience is down to line managers. If you have a supportive manager and supportive work environment, you can thrive. The company talks a lot about how it values diversity and inclusion but it's all talk and for show as some senior managers don't uphold the same values. Very hierarchical and you often don't feel as valued or respected if you are lower salary bands (6+). I think the company is trying to become more progressive but certain leaders hold them back from being truly inclusive and authentic and people are afraid to come forward.
