There are huge HR Data gaps. Things that existed 9 years ago in other companies still are not available now at AA. - Fragmented and decentralized approach to risk so basically its Game of Thrones. The DOJ or SFO will have a field day. - Too many restructures. Good people let go. Poor people kept on.
