Awful company, avoid at all costs! - Recensione dipendente - Consultant presso Angove Partners

I’ve never seen a company loose so many people since joining. People drop like flies with over 3 people leaving in 1 week. A year ago they were at 34 recruiters they are now down to 12. Need I say no more. The majority of people that are still there don’t want to be and it’s only a matter of time before they’re left with no one. This is because of the culture & environment management/ops creates, with management regularly gossiping about other recruiters and even asking people what you think of others. CEO is one of the worst for this, having been overheard talking about other employees. You are treated like school children rather than adults, so expect to be micromanaged. You will get sold a dream when joining and then quickly realise it was all a lie, much like the New York office. The majority of people working here see no commission, which is either down to their ridiculous commission structure or the general lack of real roles. Oh and don’t believe the positive reviews on here, a couple of weeks after you join you get told you have to write a review and of course it should be positive. Only further down the line do you realise what a mess of a company you have joined, that is clearly haemorrhaging money as it is employees. Avoid at all costs.
