Great people full of inspiration! You wake up everyday to go to work and you are happy! Full of young smiling people that work a lot while they are having fun on what they are doing. Everyday you learn something different and this is an added value. You have the chance to communicate with people around the world to solve problems and you get excited when you see how helpful and collaborative they are. This is a shared culture! You need to be fast and you need to have the attitude: I want to make it mine! Attitude is the key to success! There is meritocracy which doesn't depend or your past/background but on your current work and results! Another thing that I love , is to see women all over doing their managerial jobs excellent and nail them! Finally, a company that provides equal opportunities to both of the genders!
