- Targets and idea of "dream big" is unrealistic/unreachable, creates stressful and hostile environment within team - Complete lack of communication regarding career progression, treated as though you should be grateful for having a job at AB InBev even if you are a high achiever. - Focus on cost cutting and streamlining is damaging Brand equity, overly focused on sales results vs meaningfulness and value of brands and product they sell - People are so over stretched and teams so understaffed that they are losing great talent
